This website is operated by Knowledge Hub, a fully owned subsidiary of Inventive Alliance (M) Sdn. Bhd., registered in Malaysia. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

What we do
We are an education consultancy and student recruitment company. We provide counselling on courses and destinations, help you prepare and submit applications to universities and colleges, and support the visa and accommodation steps that follow.
We are not a university, college, or government body. We do not teach, we do not award qualifications, and we do not grant admission or issue visas. Those decisions belong entirely to the institutions and authorities concerned.
What we cannot promise
This is the most important section on this page, so we would rather be blunt than reassuring:
- We cannot guarantee admission. Every institution applies its own entry requirements and makes its own decision.
- We cannot guarantee a visa. Visa decisions rest solely with the immigration authorities of the destination country.
- We cannot guarantee a scholarship, discount, or any particular fee. Scholarships are awarded by institutions and funders on their own terms.
- We cannot guarantee a particular outcome, timeline, or start date. Processing times are outside our control.
Any opinion we give on your chances is exactly that — a professional opinion based on the information you have given us and our experience. It is not a promise, and you should not treat it as one.
Information on this website
Details about universities and programmes shown here — including tuition fees, entry requirements, intakes and descriptions — come from the institutions themselves and from our catalogue, and they change. Fees in particular are indicative and are frequently revised by institutions without notice.
Always confirm the current details with the institution before making a decision or a payment. We make a reasonable effort to keep this information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free from error or omission.
Your responsibilities
When you use our services, you agree to:
- Give us information that is accurate, complete and truthful, and tell us promptly if it changes.
- Provide genuine documents. Submitting forged, altered or fraudulent documents is a serious matter: it can end your application, result in a ban from the destination country, and may be a criminal offence. We will stop acting for you immediately if we become aware of it.
- Meet the deadlines and conditions that institutions and authorities set.
- Make your own decisions about where to study, and satisfy yourself about an institution before committing.
We are not responsible for consequences arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.
Fees
Our counselling and application assistance is offered to students free of charge unless we tell you otherwise in writing before any work begins. Where a fee does apply, we will set out what it covers and what it costs, and you will have the opportunity to decline.
Fees charged by third parties are separate and are never included: application fees, tuition, deposits, visa and immigration charges, English-language or entrance test fees, medical examinations, travel, and accommodation. Those are payable by you, directly to whoever charges them.
Pay institutional fees only into an account the institution itself has confirmed to you. If you are ever unsure whether a payment request is genuine, stop and contact us first.
Links and third-party services
This site links to institution websites and other third-party services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy and security practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Our content
The design, text, graphics, logos and other material on this website belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or redistribute our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.
Institution names and logos belong to those institutions and are shown to identify their programmes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to submit false enquiries or another person's details without their permission, to send automated, bulk or abusive submissions, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, to interfere with its operation, or to scrape or harvest its content for commercial purposes.
Availability
We aim to keep this site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it, at any time, without notice.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be excluded or limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of opportunity, or for losses arising from an admission, visa, scholarship or other decision made by an institution or authority. We are not liable for your reliance on information shown on this website that you did not confirm with the institution concerned.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, or from documents or information you supplied that were false or misleading.
Ending our involvement
You may stop using our services at any time by telling us. We may stop acting for you if you breach these terms, if you supply false information or documents, or if continuing would be unlawful or unreasonable. Where an application is already in progress, we will tell you what stage it has reached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies when you use the site.
